Year 5 Heal the World

 Year 5 finished their Heal the World topic with a peaceful protest on the playground. Over the last term, they have been learning about deforestation, pollution and the impact humans have on our planet, thinking carefully about the changes we can all make to help protect it. The children worked together to create their own protest banners before gathering to share speeches they had written, encouraging others to look after our world. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm, confidence and passion shine through and they should all be very proud of the thoughtful messages they shared.
