Key Information:

• Towards the end of each term, a letter is sent out via Studybugs, informing parents how and when to book clubs. 
• This is then followed by a document setting out the options for the year group for the next term.

How to Book:

• Clubs are booked via School Money and are on a first come, first served basis. 
• If your child is allocated a place in a club, this is for the whole term.
• If your child is unable to attend at any time we ask that you inform the School Office.
• Children will be removed from clubs if they do not attend for three consecutive weeks.

Club Duration:

• All Clubs last for 1 hour.
• Infant clubs finish at 4pm
• Junior clubs finish at 4.10pm
• Please ensure you collect your child promptly from their club from the correct location (see pick-up points document above).
